By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Raenel Luxe Esthetics.
Prices on this site are not a binding offer
Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a binding price. The service prices and deposits shown here are current at the time of writing and are general information only. What a visit actually involves — and what it costs — is confirmed with you before the appointment.
Booking and deposits
Sending a booking request asks for a time; it does not reserve one. Your appointment is booked only once we reply and confirm it. A deposit secures your appointment and comes off your total. Either of us can reschedule — tell us as early as you can.
Not medical advice
The guides, service descriptions and answers on this site are general information about beauty and skincare services. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for talking to a doctor or dermatologist. Some treatments are not suitable with certain skin conditions, medications or during pregnancy. Tell us what applies to you before your appointment, and speak to your own healthcare provider about anything medical.
Results vary
Skin, hair and the way each person heals are different. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result, a particular level of comfort, or a particular healing time.
Products
Punani Oil is a cosmetic product. It has not been evaluated by any government agency, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Check the ingredients before use if you have allergies or sensitive skin, and stop using it if it irritates your skin.
Photos you send us
You keep ownership of photos you send us. By sending them you give us permission to use them to answer your question and prepare for your appointment. We will not publish them without asking you first. Only send photos you have the right to share.
Our content
The text, photographs, video, logo and design on this site belong to Raenel Luxe Esthetics or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.
No warranty on the site itself
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every detail is current. This does not affect anything we agree with you in writing about an actual appointment.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Raenel Luxe Esthetics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for services we actually perform, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
