Short version: this site runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker, and the booking screen does not send anything anywhere — it writes a text message that you send from your own phone.
Who this covers
This policy covers Raenel Luxe Esthetics (“we”, “us”) and this website. We are a single-esthetician studio offering waxing, facials and dermaplaning by appointment in a private suite, plus Punani Oil.
What we collect
Only what you type or send. The booking screen on this site asks for your name, mobile number, a preferred day and time window, and any notes you choose to add. If you text or call us we keep the phone number and the content of that conversation. Our web host records ordinary server logs, including IP address and browser type, as part of delivering the site.
How the booking screen actually works
It is worth being precise about this, because it is unusual: the booking screen does not submit your details to us or to any server. It assembles what you typed into a pre-written text message and opens it in your own messaging app. Nothing reaches us until you press send. If you close the screen instead, we never receive anything.
What we do NOT do
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any third-party tracker on this site. We do not buy or sell personal information. We do not build advertising profiles. There is no cookie consent banner here because there is nothing to consent to — the site sets no tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to you, confirm your appointment, carry out the service you booked, and keep a record of your visits. Nothing more.
Skin and health details you share
Some of our treatments are not suitable for everyone, so you may tell us about skin conditions, medications or a pregnancy when you book or before your appointment. We use that only to decide whether a treatment is safe for you and to adjust it. We do not share it, and we do not use it for marketing.
Photos you send us
If you text a photo so we can answer a question before your appointment, it is used for that and nothing else. We will not post a photo of you on social media, on this site, or in any advertising without asking you first. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Calls and texts
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call and text you about your request and your appointment — including by automated dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Your mobile number, your opt-in, and any text-message consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who make the business run — our website host and our phone and text messaging provider — and only so they can deliver those services to us. This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see your IP address and browser when a page loads; no cookie is set and nothing about you is sent to them by us. We also share information where the law requires it. That is the entire list.
How long we keep it
Appointment records and message threads are kept for as long as we may need them for your care, our accounts, and our records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (937) 620-5977. We will need to confirm who you are before we act on the request.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this site does not track visitors across websites in the first place, we take no separate action when we receive one.
Children
This site and these services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
